Gertrude C. Ford Ballroom
The Ford ballroom is a 5,600 square-foot space that may be divided into four soundproof sections. Alongside the ballroom is a private balcony, which overlooks downtown Oxford, as well as the Gertrude C. Ford Center for the Performing Arts. In addition, the ballroom has full audio-visual capabilities including five drop-down screens and projectors.
James N. Butler Auditorium
The Butler Auditorium is located in the Triplett Alumni Center on Grove Loop. The auditorium comfortably seats 80 for classroom seating or 96 for banquets, and includes state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment for all of your needs. This space is the perfect venue for small conferences, reunions, committee meetings and more.
McMillan Boardroom
The McMillan Boardroom is fully equipped with state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment and projection screen. William S. Griffin Boardroom
The Griffin Boardroom is located in the original portion of The Inn and is a traditionally-styled boardroom with mahogany-framed leather captain’s chairs. The boardroom has a hideaway whiteboard for your meeting needs, as well as a fully-equipped wet bar for your catering desires. This boardroom is capable of seating 14 around the table, while having room for up to 40 guests.
