Landscaping Camp: May 22-23rd, 2020
Take a personal tour with Jeff McManus, whose expertise in landscaping has gained The University of Mississippi accolades of being named “The Most Beautiful Campus” by a number of national publications as well in Newsweek 2011 and just recently in USA Today’s Readers Choice competition.
During this 2 day Award-Winning Camp each participant will receive a book written by Jeff McManus at the Opening Dinner and Book Signing. Among activities one will be able to immerse themselves on a tour of the beautiful Ole Miss Campus, learn some great practices from industry leaders and attend educational seminars. We’re excited to announce our line-up of speakers along with McManus, Katherine Sharp with Farmstead Florals, grows fresh flowers for local and regional markets; Greg Pinion, Superintendent of Buildings and Grounds for the City of Oxford along with Steven Tucker, MSU Extension Agent will offer advice on wildlife disturbing your plants.
To top it off tours will also take place on route the famous Double Decker Bus to the beautifully landscaped home of Dicky and Diane Scruggs which is inspired by McManus, and also enjoy seeing historic sites of the City Oxford.
