The Ford ballroom is a 5,600 square-foot space that may be divided into four soundproof sections. Alongside the ballroom is a private balcony, which overlooks downtown Oxford, as well as the Gertrude C. Ford Center for the Performing Arts. In addition, the ballroom has full audio-visual capabilities including five drop-down screens and projectors.

This boardroom is capable of seating 14 around the table, while having room for up to 40 guests.
