Robert Radice, CHA
General Manager

After spending eight years with Hilton Hotels Corporation working up through the Sales and Marketing Division becoming Director of Marketing for three (3) major Hilton Hotels, Bob opened the Meadowlands Hilton in the Meadowlands, New Jersey as the Director of Marketing and became the Resident Manager after the opening. Bob was later promoted to Resident Manager of the Rye Town Hilton, a 457 resort in the Town of Rye, New York.

Hyatt Hotels Corporation renovated the 1,407 room Commodore in Manhattan and re-opened it as the Grand Hyatt-New York. Bob was named General Manager of the Grand Hyatt in 1981. This Four Star-Four Diamond hotel had 1,300 employees.

Bob was then sent to the Hyatt Regency, Pittsburgh to renovate the 4-Star hotel.

Bob later joined Servico Management Corporation, the owner/manager of 82 hotels in 33 states and Canada, as Servico started a new luxury division-the Royce Hotel Division. Bob became Vice-President of Operations overseeing 14 luxury hotels and was later promoted to Senior Vice President of Acquisitions, renovations and Special Projects and Special Assistant to the President and Chief Operating Officer.

After Servico, Bob served as partner in Third Dimension Marketing from 1994. This was a full service advertising/marketing/operations-consulting firm with many prestigious clients. Third Dimension became the marketing arm of U.S. Hotel Group, Inc. overseeing expansions of several nightclubs and restaurants as well as establishing accounting systems for hotels.

Bob reunited with former President and Chief Operating Officer of Servico in 1996 to renovate The GulfStream Hotel, a 75-year old hotel listed in the National Register of Historic Places located on the Intracoastal in Lake Worth, Florida. Bob was responsible for the hotel becoming named to the register of Historic Hotels of America.

While The GulfStream Hotel was renovated and sold in 2002, Bob opened The Lake Worth Country Club as the principal owner. The Club was located on the Lake Worth Golf Course and the Intracoastal.

Bob has opened four (4) hotels and renovated eleven (11) hotels.

Patsy Haynie
Assistant Manager

Patsy Gayle Leggett Haynie has been in the hotel industry for seven years after spending fourteen years in banking (Peoples Bank & Trust Co., Iuka, MS) and three years in higher education banking and finance (Mississippi University for Women). Patsy’s experience in the hotel industry comes from serving as the Night Auditor and later the Assistant Manager at the Holiday Inn Select in Corinth, Mississippi.

Patsy is married to Michael D. Haynie and has two daughters, Jeannie Hodge and Susan Morgan. Jeannie attended Ole Miss and is married to Oxford native Jason Hodge. Susan is married to Billy Morgan of Weir, MS and they make their home in Oxford, MS. Patsy also has a granddaughter, Savana, 7, and a step-grandson, Jay, 13.

Wendy Carmean
Director of Marketing

Wendy joined the staff in March 2003 as Director of Marketing. She is responsible for the marketing, media buying, branding and promotional aspects of The Inn at Ole Miss.

Wendy brings more than eight years of marketing experience to The Inn. After spending three years at Endres & Wilson Advertising, a full service advertising agency in Nashville, TN, she returned to Oxford to serve as Marketing and Communications Director for SAIR Linux, and then as VP of Client Relations for IP3, Inc., both of which were technical start-ups.

An Oxford native, Wendy holds a BA from Ole Miss. She is married to Jay Carmean, a native of Caruthersville, MO, and a Partner with Tannehill & Carmean Law Firm in Oxford.
