Gaye Bukur, General Manager
As general manager of the Inn at Ole Miss, Gaye is involved in every aspect of the property including reservations and booking, ongoing construction improvements, staff management, vendors and especially guest services.
A native of Oxford, Gaye clocked more than 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry after starting her career as a desk clerk at the Oxford Ramada Inn. She previously worked with Hyatt Hotels, including stints in Memphis, Denver and Lake Tahoe. Gaye has also worked as a hospitality consultant for independent hotels and resorts throughout the country.
While in Denver she met and married her husband Jim. They moved back to Oxford with their son Spencer in 2002.

Nadia Thornton, Assistant General Manager
Nadia Thornton joined the Alumni Association in September 2008 as Hotel and Conference Sales Manager for The Inn at Ole Miss. In October 2010, she was promoted to assistant general manager for The Inn. Before joining the Alumni Association, Nadia worked in the hospitality industry doing trade show sales.
Nadia received a B.B.A. in International Business with two minors in Spanish and Marketing from Ole Miss in 2003. She is a native of Oxford and is married to Kevin Thornton. They enjoy spending time with family and friends and their dogs, Eddy and Marie.

Lena Snow, Front Office Manager
Lena Snow joined the Alumni Association staff as an intern for The Inn at Ole Miss in August 2005. Upon graduation, she was promoted to a full time Guest Service Agent, and in 2008 she was promoted to Front Office Supervisor, and has since been promoted to Front Office Manager. Her responsibilities include managing all front of the house employees and transactions, as well as serving as a liaison to upper management.
Lena received a B.S. in Family and Consumer Sciences from Ole Miss in 2005. She has three sons: Zachary, 16; Kyle, 15 and Joshua, 14 who all attend Lafayette schools. Lena enjoys cooking and spending time with her family and friends.

Jennifer Langford, Sales Manager
Jennifer Langford joined the Alumni Association in February 2011 as Hotel & Conference Sales Coordinator for the Inn at Ole Miss and was promoted to Sales Manager in June 2012. She serves as liaison to external organizations and groups in regard to the reservation of facilities.
Jennifer received a B.B.A. in Marketing from Ole Miss in 2008. She currently lives in Oxford, and enjoys going to Ole Miss sporting events, traveling, reading, and spending time with friends and family.

Laine Mitchell, Senior Sales Manager
Laine Mitchell joined the Alumni Association in December 2010 as Hotel & Conference Sales Manager for The Inn at Ole Miss, and was promoted to Senior Sales Manager in August 2012. With more than seven years of experience in hotel sales, she serves as liaison to University organizations and groups.
Laine received a B.S. in Hospitality Management from Ole Miss in 2003. Originally from Corinth, she has resided in Oxford since 2005. She is married to Clint Mitchell, and they have two daughters, Katy Bruce and Allie. They enjoy going to Ole Miss sporting events, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

Ryan Nicholas, Audio Visual Coordinator
Ryan joined the Alumni Association in July 2012 as the Audio Visual Coordinator for The Inn at Ole Miss. His responsibilities include maintaining and operating equipment and coordinating with University and external organizations to execute audio visual presentations.
Ryan received a B.A. in Psychology from Ole Miss in 2009. He currently lives in Oxford and enjoys spending time with friends and family, hiking and playing fantasy football.

Samantha Williams, Front Desk Supervisor
Samantha Williams joined the Alumni Association staff as a Guest Service Agent for The Inn at Ole Miss in March 2011. In October 2012 she was promoted to a Front Desk Supervisor. Samantha oversees the supervision of the front desk staff in order that they will strive to provide exceptional service for each guest.
Samantha is in the process of completing her B.S. in Hospitality Management at Ole Miss. Originally from Georgia, she has resided in Oxford since 2010 with her husband. Samantha enjoys running, cooking, and traveling with her husband.

Dianna Seddon, Group Sales Coordinator
Dianna Seddon joined the Alumni Association staff in July 2012 as Hotel & Conference Group Sales Coordinator for The Inn at Ole Miss. She assists both Sales Managers in regard to the reservation of guestrooms and meeting facilities.
Prior to joining the Alumni Association, Dianna was national sales director for HomeSafe Inspection, Inc. She also has more than eight years experience working in the hospitality industry doing trade show sales and magazine advertising sales.
Dianna served in the U.S. Air Force where she attained the rank of Sergeant. She is a native of Oxford and married to Kevin Seddon. They have one daughter, Ella, who attends Della Davidson Elementary School.

Erica Covington, Front Desk Supervisor
Erica Covington joined the Alumni Association staff in October 2012 as a Front Desk Supervisor at The Inn at Ole Miss. She previously worked as a guest services agent and supervisor for Choice Hotels International as well as the Wyndham Corporation. She assists the front desk staff to ensure that each guest receives exceptional service to create a memorable experience.
Erica is originally from Jackson and came to Oxford to further her education at the University of Mississippi in the hospitality management program. She enjoys cooking, playing pool, fishing and spending time with family and friends.
